Ok, we know that it is - but the details (multiple cars a day driving in the bike lanes) and incredible amount of buck-passing in this article is enraging.

CDOT says the Police need to enforce traffic rules, but the CPD ... isn't. The Ald. says the city should place a traffic aide directing traffic, but again OEMC says: "said the department does not plan to dispatch any traffic control aides to the area."

So everyone agrees it's a clusterf*ck but no one wants to do anything differently. Nice work, City of Chicago.
