I’m really struggling managing my health, family responsibilities, and the increasing in-office requirement. My accommodation request to work mostly from home was rejected even though I had documented medical support. Among other on-site accommodations, It was suggested I could drop some hours and go part time. I’m going to meet with HR to discuss this option, but I wanted to reach out to ask if anyone else has done this and what the consequences of doing so are (wrt pension, benefits, etc.). Anyone?
