Equal pay for not equal shifts

I find it really annoying I get paid the same for running around non-stop Saturday and Sunday every single week, while this older lady in the same department (who's full time and thus has full availability) gets weekends off and gets to hog all the dead weekday morning shifts with three customers in the store.

Why won't Tally shut up?

My store got Tally recently, and in its infinite wisdom, decided out of the entire store, the best place to park it was right outside the break room. This thing audibly 'whistles' every 2-3 seconds, and it's like Chinese water torture listening to it for thirty minutes straight.
