What happens when your health insurance ceases operations?
I have had some specialized care out of network, out of state in fact, that was approved by my health insurance. I will need further care. It has to be in a particular place. The insurance is apparently ceasing to exist and insured will need to find new insurance, with some other company. What happens to future care once I no longer have this insurance? Is the OON (out of state) approval in any way transferrable?
