DBQ taking forever to get back to VBA.

I did my exam at my VA hospital on May 1st. They still haven't send the DBQs to the VBA yet. I think that's unacceptable. I'm all about being patient, but the contractors send it to the VBA within 3 days. Some even tell me they'll send it in that day. What could the VA hospital be doing to a piece of paper that it takes them 2.5+ weeks to send something they were filling out while talking to me?

Oh, and my claim is flagged for hardship. Trying to understand. Thanks!

I submitted a hardship claim in April, which was subsequently approved and closed.

Following the closure of the initial claim, I initiated a new claim in April. This claim ideally should have been filed concurrently with the hardship, but I was awaiting the arrival of necessary evidence.

I am now seeking guidance on whether to file the same hardship for this new claim. While the circumstances still warrant a hardship designation, I am concerned about the perception of filing consecutive hardship claims.

Thank you.
