Guys, I'm trying to set a hermes agent profile to give technical support. Basically, he has to search in a specific domain ( it's like a guide about many topics) some information, which depends on what people asks, then understand it and, finally, teach people about the topic.

Now, the issue is: the way he's searching and answering looks very lazy and useless. It just says where people should look in URL, and not acting like an supporter who knows about de top and is teaching it. Could you help me to improve it? Some tips or something similar? Thanks!
