Shinchan and his mom, Misae, are out, either shopping or looking for a place to eat, when they spot Nene and her mom. Both families decide to have lunch together at a Chinese restaurant. It becomes awkward because the table they choose has a lazy Susan. Himawari keeps spinning the table and ends up with the nicer, more expensive dishes that Nene ordered for herself.
