Rusted Out 72 Mach 1 Advice

Hello everyone, I’ll start off by saying I have no idea what I’ve gotten myself into but I just purchased a 1972 Mach 1 with a 351 4V.

It has a ton of rust spots but got it for a good deal. Don’t know where to begin but called a few restoration places in south Florida and looks like to repair the rust would be more expensive than replacing the floor boards, fenders, etc.

I might be in over my head here as someone who’s exclusively only worked on motorcycles. Where should I begin, how would I further look into diagnosing the extent of the rust. What would be the best course of action here?

If anyone has any advice or suggestions for places in south Florida to reach out to I’d greatly appreciate it.
