SiriusXM “customer service “
So we tried to cancel our SiriusXM subscription today and not only was “Alex” rude and condescending, he then called us back and left this message on my wife’s phone. This is outrageous and I will be sending this to the FCC but I thought I would share it here too.
“Hi ma'am, this is Alex calling from XM services. I was talking to you and since you denied to pay the cancellation fee and you're threatening that you're gonna cancel your card. So I would like to tell you one thing here, that we are not canceling your account, your account is gonna be open, and then we gonna send you the bills at your home, on your billing address, okay? And uh then all the department will be active on this. Okay? And your account is still active. We are not closing the account. Thank you.”
“Alex” is a piece of work
