F-4 Visa address gap: Leaving Korea for 3 months without a lease
My housing lease ends in a few weeks, and I am flying back to the States for about 3 months over the summer. My F-4 ARC is valid and will not expire while I am away and I do not plan on signing a new lease until I return to Korea.
My question is, do I still need to be registered to a local Korean address while I am physically out of the country?
I know there is a fine for not reporting an address change within 14 days, but does that rule apply only after you move into a new spot, or will I get penalized for leaving my address blank/unregistered while I am in the US?
