I’m 10.5 months post op and getting ready to schedule a nipple revision. My nipples (especially my left one) have gotten so hard and are so protruded at all times. The scar tissue underneath them just grew and got really hard. It makes me so insecure. Especially the fact that my nipples cast a shadow…….. that’s crazy.

I also just don’t like the discoloration/texture.

Aside from the revision (which I’m waiting until the fall to do so I can enjoy summer) - has anyone had a similar experience or have any advice?
