Hi. This happened around January

Around January, the tip my index finger was dry and i was picking it absentmindedly and i think it got to a stage of paronychia? but it went away until it got my middle finger, which also became like this.

I'm lowkey scared because theres a dent and a noticeable chunk was gone in the part of my nail where it starts to grow 😅 Im currently using a antibacterial ointment. (English isn't my first language, so sorry in advance!)
