Motivation
I’m 22F, 5’4 and 66 kgs.
I recently learnt about OMAD and want to try it. This is my second day but it seems way too difficult for me.
For example, yesterday I had my meal around 5 in the evening and didn’t eat anything before or after but before I slept I couldn’t control my hunger anymore and gave in to my cravings and ate noodles.
Today, I ate breakfast in the morning because I had to head out and then nothing throughout the day. Only water. And the same I couldn’t do it and ate fruits.
So how do you do it? How should I stop eating? Also can I eat fruits or will that affect the way I lose my weight.
I really really want to lose weight tho. My stomach’s flat but all the fat is stored in my arms. I mean I have really big arms and trying to slim them down.
So please please someone help me. And is it really the best way to lose my arm fat? I’m so sick of it.
