Got the phone after 12 days of struggle with Amazon logistics.

Any tips ?

Hello all,

I previously order 8gb variant on 9th may, which was showing estimated delivery date on 18th may.

On 15th may, i found 12gb variant was available. I cancelled the existing order (8gb) and ordered 12gb variant. Estimated delivery date for that was on 20th may(today).

Until yday the tracking status was "arriving on 20th May" but the progress bar of tracking did not touched shipped then.

Now today when I'm checking the status is order received and estimated delivery date will be communicated via email.

I called customer support on 19th they said it will be delivered on 20th may(as per estimated delivery date)

After the status went to order received I called customer support twice today. In morning they said this is a app glitch and order will be deliver today before 7 pm.

I called again on 7pm then they were saying thay they have mailed the seller and it will be updated within 24 hours.

Anyone else faced/know about this issue ?

Will i get the order ?

I ordered the phone on 9th may, but it is still not shipped even after 4 days.

Does anyone experiencing the same or have any idea on this ?
