Nexus Auto Transport - Bad experience.
First and last time working with this scammy company.
First, the quote I get online says one thing, then the sales person calls me and says "yeah I know that's the quote online but that's not actually how much you have to pay you actually have to pay blah blah blah." "If you pay us with a credit card it's one price but if you pay with a credit card we can't guarantee your car will get there the day you need it, if you want the car to get there the days we agree on you have to pay the driver in cash upon receiving your car."
Then they call me again the day they said they would pick it up. "Hi we found a driver for this evening but it's going to be 400$ more than what we quoted you, actually you know what he agreed to do it for the original quote but you have to drive you car to him so he doesn't have to go out of his way. Where is he?? Oh we don't know you'll have to ask him where he wants you to bring the car".
Absolutely unprofessional scammy nonsense.
