Hey, please I’m looking for a gym here in Dubai (I prefer women only gym) with a trainer cause I’m skinny and I wanna build muscle and tone. But idk where to start 😖 I’m also intimidated going to the gym alone and with men so I would prefer a women only gym or if I can join anyone here who’s also looking for a gym buddy (but a woman ofc).

Any recommendations pls? Thank you.
