Magic The Gathering TCG beginner help needed

Hello, so i recently started to collect Magic The Gathering cards, straight from pokémon cards (i collected them before and i still do, but i also wanted to collect smth with more mystical vibe yk) and i have a gen question, so in pokémon there are hit cards (like ex cards, full arts etc etc) are there anything similar in MTG? or no? cuz i’ve got these two really cool looking cards, and i’ve been wondering is one of them a full art and the other one like a hit or smth

so yesterday i’ve got new monitor (dell ultrasharp) and i’ve been looking on some sites that it’s better in some aspects than my current acer one, so i came here to ask, which one i should use as my main monitor and which one as secondary monitor, cuz my current asus one is bigger but the dell one seems to be better in ratings
