Every once in a while, I have a day where I just want to pull these trays off of my teeth. I can’t talk well , I feel like I have a horse bit in my mouth, and I am very fatigued from the process.!! I don’t feel like I can do this for another year , about to lose my mind , and wondering what in the world I was thinking by signing up and actually paying for this torture!! am I alone in this sentiment?
