I am half a year into my roll as a field engineer for a large GC and questioning if it is the right roll for me. I am wondering what else is out there and what some good options would be for comparable pay?

I would love to do residential and work smaller scale but am worried it will be a step in the wrong direction career wise. Let me know thanks
