anyone transfer to UW eng after doing 3 years in an unrelated degree?

basically title. very long story, and i’m not concerned about the grades required, im more so concerned if they would not allow you or look down on someone applying to eng who’d by the time of applying would have 2 years of undergrad experience

my question is: has anyone been in this scenario and asked if transfer with more than 1 year experience is looked down upon. for context, my undergrad had nothing to do with eng and im fine with starting at first year

doing a bachelors of science at a different university, 4.0s in all the courses from required subjects (calc lin alg etc)

only problem is my school doesn’t do percentage they do letter

is it too much of a reach and should i just apply to a lesser competitive eng instead to be safe

for context, admissions office said your grades and ECs are compared relative to high schoolers
