How hard is a deadstart from a submerged rock?

There is a rock in the water right before my front door. The details are: water deep: 90cm, rock hight: 70cm, therefore the rock surface is 20cm below the surface.

I am a beginner and trying to estimate if it is possible for me to learn to start from this rock or if it is simple to difficult.

My best rock starts are:
60cm hight: 40sec pumping
30cm: 12sec
0cm: 5sec
-20cm: 2sec

(There is no dock and for the higher rocks i have to travel 40minutes)
