I hold dual citizenship. One of my passports is from a country currently subject to the partial US travel restrictions, and that passport contains my valid H-1B visa stamp. My second passport is from a non-restricted country but does not have a visa on it.
I need to travel abroad urgently and plan to return to the US while my H-1B is still valid.
Has anyone in a similar situation or from a partially banned country traveled on an existing valid H-1B visa and been able to return without issues? And is there any utility in presenting my second non-banned nationality to CBP, even if it doesn’t carry the visa?
