I'm a broke uni student and was issued a fine by my uni for parking without a permit. Since its not a council issued fine, rather traffic monitoring services at flinders, if i dont pay will anything happen?

They have the rego of that car but im no longer using that car to get to uni so will it make any difference if i pay or dont pay it?

Not paying would really help cuz i need every dollar i can save, also i already know so many of you are just going to tell me to get a permit next time no need to state the obvious
