I didn’t honestly think it’d be so easy. Breathing wasn’t uncomfortable (mostly, I had to adjust the mask a bit) and for the first time in ever, I didn’t wake up a whole lot. I didn’t wake up with a headache or dry mouth.

I adjusted pretty easily. I obviously don’t have one yet, but the testing one? It was pleasant. I was scared it’d be harder. But I fell asleep way better than I ever did, even if symptoms are still present (like being tired and the inertia! But I expected that since I probably have another sleep disorder outside of apnea given I sleep 14+ hours)

Is it normally this good? It feels good. Normally it’s difficult to sleep in a facility and this was weirdly not the case with it on. I fell asleep nearly immediately after the mask was on!
