Has anyone explored the effects of BPC-157 or TB-500 in a research context for conditions resembling pes anserine bursitis?

In a hypothetical case, a test subject has shown persistent symptoms consistent with pes anserine bursitis for ~2.5 years. Various physiotherapy protocols have been applied, with significant improvement, but a small degree of residual sensitivity remains.

I'm interested in whether these compounds have demonstrated efficacy in similar soft tissue or inflammatory conditions in experimental or anecdotal research settings.

Any insights, mechanisms, or references to comparable cases would be appreciated.
