Mental health post: Do you associate intelligence with competitive exam performance ?

Im a training psychiatrist. Have been posting mental health threads on various indian subteddits.

This is my official account. Dr crash banduricoot here.

Ive been through the indian competitive exam rat race scene and id love to be a supportive figure online/ in person to the best of my ability.

Im sure studying for this exam intensely can be a stressful and alienating time.

everyone's fairly literate about mental wellbeing these days. At least mental health info is bombarded a lot more on people's algorithms than my time.

So do you guys detach your performance in competitive exams and your well being / self image

Or do you consider a validation?

Has it ever turned unhealthy ?

( this is not an exam so no correct or wrong answer)

You can dm too. I have a telegram group.
