Provider Very Disappointed

I am a psychotherapist in private practice in CA for about 15 years.
Back in November I received a text solicitation for Headway. While I have heard some mixed reviews, I was not int as I do hold my ins contracts. However, the rep offered me a 500$ referral fee if i sent a provider. I did. I have followed up many times on the referral fee. Most often, I am ghosted. I have also had responses of “she never joined”. She did. Sees about 10 people weekly (zero of the referrals came through HW) Why she didn’t just check her name against their providers who can guess. Anyway, it is now Mid May and nothing. I did tell HS rep if I did not hear something by end of day yesterday I would take the issue to social media SIX MONTHS later, she informed me that was unprofessional. Okay, you be the judge.
