Stratasys SSYS does not mention a merger with Nano Dimension that said in its sec filing last week that strategic options would be imminently exercised. NNDM will also release earnings report today. My expectations on a NNDM merger or even hostile takeover bid for 3d Systems is getting more likely now. Hints: DDD asks for authorization of approx. 200m stocks at next week's agm that would cover NNDM stocks in a merger or act as poison pill in case of hostile takeover bid.
