Curious what ya'll think about this lease offer. I know nitrogen fee is bogus. In South Carolina.

EDIT: Okay, I def know we can do better, the nitrogen, tint and guards are all bogus. Based on more investigation, seems like at least $2000 more off. I'm not in a huge rush which I've told them but was hoping they'd get a little desperate being end of the month.
