Hey guys!

So, I absolutely love tanking dungeons while lvling and think it's satisfying in ways DPS aren't. Maybe not better, but it's nice to throw the shield on my warrior or pull out the 2H on my blood dk every other dungeon or so.

However, I feel that the climate for tanks gets way harsher as soon as you hit normal difficulty raids. Don't even want to imagine how much shit they must get in heroic, or M+.

It's funny, because I came back a while ago after quitting in legion. I want to believe most of the playerbase are adults, but kicking tanks for fucking up gloom in the voidspire once? Like come on, why are people so harsh?

So to you guys who do tank, what's the best way to do it without having to feel that immense pressure? Join a guild? Do you guys form groups with some friends where you get to dictate the tone of what's accepted & tolerated within the group?

I played my first heroic voidspire the other day with a leader who wouldn't accept any flaming and the only reason you'd get kicked was if you did just that. It was a great time and I really wish more people were like that.
