So I made a post earlier this week about possible mold in the mead. Used the clarifying agent and made sure everything was clean beforehand. I imagine the heat has some sort of affect on it. Should I dump it?
Hey so I double checked the mead that was brewing for a month and saw that there was what looked like spots of mold on it. It smells like the other batches of mead that I made, should I be concerned? I have the batch in a food safe plastic bucket that I got at Home Depot, proper air lock and had it sit in the same spot the last two were in. I washed it thoroughly before mixing it and changed the Strawberry and Rhubarb out two to three weeks into brewing
