Another printing issue

I'm still printing the panels I mentioned in a previous post. I printed number 15 this morning, but when I started printing number 16 the first few layers were thin, so I cancelled the job and extruded several hits of 30mm of filament. I then started one of the smaller panels. You can see in the pictures that the first layer is streaked as is the second layer. These are the face of the panels, so need to look nice. I also noticed the pre print line (if that's what it is called) is always continuous, but this time it ends with 3 dashes. The settings are the default generic pla settings from the slicer, 210° hot end and 60° build plate, which I have always used. It is the same filament I have used for all the other panels as well, including the first one this morning that turned out fine. What is going on? Does anyone have any advice for this issue as I have quite a few more to print.

I have had a faulty run with my CC1, until now. In my last post I identified a problem with my prints not being quite square. Thanks to everyone who contributed to that post, I just rotated every second panel 90° and it fits fine. I started to print the second last panel and at layer 80 of 92 it just stopped. I tried to pause the print job but nothing happened so I turned it off and back on again and it asked me if I wanted to resume the job, but when I did it started going through the layers without printing anything. I stopped the job and turned the machine off, removed the job and left it overnight. This morning it printed the first of the 2 panels fine, but the second one came out as in the first picture. So I removed the nozzle and it looks like the second picture. I purchased a kit from Elegoo, so replaced the nozzle, but how do I unclog the original one?

We recently converted our home to electric, including larger pv system and battery. We also removed the old gas ducted central heater and replacing it with a ducted reverse cycle ac. One unanticipated outcome are 9 non-functional vents in the ceiling. I designed 4-piece panels on Inventor, as they are too big to print in one piece. They look great, however, they are not square, even though the sketch in Inventor is. Attached is a photo of the overall panel with the joins showing the gap. Does anyone have any suggestions on why this might be happening?
