Who's worse, Dolores Umbridge or Stephen Miller?
One is a prissy little sadist who will happily serve the Dark Lord in hopes of hurting others, who revels both in the protection they find in him and in the acts of cruelty they get to enact hiding in his shadow, and who presides over the horrendous abuse and scapegoating of those they deem to have impure blood. The other is Dolores Umbridge. Who do you think is worse, and why?
