Minor spoiler in my question.

I figured out you can break the yellow walls when you get the item that let you break the yellow shield.

I came across a side path in the marsh where you can see a blue container below a yellow floor. You can ride an eclipse thread to the room above the blue container and there is that yellow floor.

How do I punch the floor?
