What is wrong with my Balck Velvet Variegata 🥀

Total noob here sending an SOS. 🥀
I repotted her because she already lost a leave over the course of a week and i wanted to inspect the roots. They seemed healthy, really long and had many branching root bits.
But i opted for a bigger pot because it was curled up 2 to 3 times in the smaller one.
Its a mix of perlite and woody chunkier soil now and was in stone pebbles before.
It seems to sprout a new offshoot too, but the last non pink leave is curling inwards and slowly turning brownish.
It gets mostly indirect sun, one/two hours direct sun, because it stands by the window, but behind two handles.
It was in a self watering pot before and i will convert this pot too, but i watered here after repotting.
Any help or best course of action will be greatly appreciated. Im just trying to do my best and not see her perish...
