I go sideways when I bhs. When i learned it yesterday, it wasn’t like this but when I did it again today, I go sideways. Any advices from y’all will help me inimproving 🙏

How is my form and is there anything i can do to make my round off stronger?

I noticed that my round off is slow and the way i release is slow too
