I've been fostering this male cat for more than a year & despite multiple attempts to remind them to put up his profile onto their website, nothing was done about it!! The admin staff keeps saying that she's busy but never bothers to reply after dropping him off at mine. What else can I do about this?

I never would expect that my first foster experience in Melbourne will be like this.
