First of all obviously big congrats to Deano for the call-up.

I posted this as a comment in the Other14 sub just now, but at this point I'm utterly baffled by the complete overlooking of Tyrick Mitchell by England.

He's a natural left back who has always played in the Premier League, he's won trophies now and is in a European final, he's played for us in both a back 3 and a back 4, he's always one of our most consistent performers, and I'd say he even has a genuine shout for our Player of the Year this season.

Why England continues to stick with right backs being lumped out at left back is beyond me. It was painful to watch at the last Euros and it will continue to be at this World Cup.
