Hi everyone,

I have a commercial space available for rent in Muralinagar, Visakhapatnam. I’m trying to figure out the best way to advertise it and find tenants. I don’t really have much of a local business/networking circle, so I’d appreciate some guidance from people who’ve dealt with commercial rentals before.

Which websites, apps, or local platforms work best for listing commercial properties in Vizag?
Are brokers/property consultants worth approaching, or is it better to list independently first?

If anyone here has rented out commercial property before, I’d love to hear about your experience — what worked, what didn’t, and anything you wish you knew earlier.
