















Hi! Recently started working out. Previously I had issues with getting to the gym (mostly cuz of laziness tbh). I’ve been trying to form the habit of showing up. Been going strong for a month now. I pretty much just do treadmill and stair master for 1 to 2 hours daily. My issue now is that I don’t know what else to do! How do I work out with weights and machines and stuff? What should I be doing and how many reps or whatever do I do? Can you give me some beginner friendly workouts please?
