Are these fungus gnats, aphids, or both? Or something else? It’s been really wet here. They are all over the undersides of my cherry tomato leaves, pepper leaves, sage leaves, lavender, melon leaves, and cucumber leaves, eggplant leaves. Even some on my marigolds and broccoli, and peas.
