Hey so ive somewhat recently caught a Deino for myself.
The training is going well and ive managed to introduce her to the rest of my team with minimal hiccups. Since theyre blind they usually bite and bump into things to explore wich is also a thing we managed to convert into a more calm sniff or lick instead of bite, however theres an issue.
As ive caught her comparitively recently ive kept her mostly out of her pokeball to build trust. last night however there was a thunderstorm, and she got pretty scared. when i went to comfort her she bit me in the forearm pretty badly, and stayed like that for the entire night.
nurse joy said if she had been just a couple levels higher my arm would be broken.
my question now, does anyone have experience raising deino and know what to do in these situations?
the forecast says that theres gonna be more storms througout the week and i only have one good arm left, id rather not have two casts.
i also dont think it would be a good idea to keep her in her pokeball, as itll most likely be a lot worse if something like this happens when shes bigger.
