Hey everyone,

I applied to YC Startup School 2026 about 1.5 months ago and still haven’t heard back. I’d genuinely love to attend, and I also have a referral.
Is there anything else I can do to improve my chances at this point?

I’m based in Europe and work in AI/legal-tech, especially around AI agents for the legal industry. I see huge potential in this space and have several ideas for how to make the massive amount of unstructured legal data more effectively usable.
I’d love to join Startup School to meet other builders in SF, exchange ideas, and get closer to the startup ecosystem.

Does being from Europe make it harder, or is this waiting time normal?

Would really appreciate any advice from you.
