Federal websites that contain sentitive personal information are being moved under White House control. For example, passports are normally under the State Department, now they're under the White House. They've also modified vote.gov so the administration can see who is voting or registering to vote. And they're installing tracking software that's configured to evade users' privacy software.
There's no record of who is paying these people to do this. They're called the National Design Studio (NDS) snf they're part of DOGE.
