Hello !
My setup is as follows: a solid gaming desktop PC (1080p) with Apollo ⮕ Internet box (fiber optic ⬆900 Mbps to ⬇5 Gbps) ⮕ Android TV box with Artemis ⮕ LG 4K TV. Everything is connected via Ethernet with very recent cables that can easily handle high speeds.
The day before yesterday, I was still optimizing to reduce a slight latency with my controller, but overall it was working well. I could stream in 1080p at 60 FPS with a good image and no lag.
But yesterday, I had to unplug the internet box to remove a stuck USB drive (I was able to remove it without damaging anything), and since then, NOTHING works properly. Now, the stream has an extremely low bitrate (a few hundred Kbps at most), a very unstable FPS (10 to 30 FPS), and constant freezes. After about 10 seconds, with the error message "Slow connection," I'm forcibly disconnected because it says my network isn't working properly. I tried with Moonlight, and I have the same problems, even on my Steam Deck, which was working perfectly over Wi-Fi until now.
I've tried reinstalling Apollo/Artemis/Moonlight or resetting the TV/Internet box, but it doesn't change anything. I've also run Speedtests in every possible way to check if there's an area where the internet connection is abnormal, but no, everything seems normal.
In short, I'm going crazy because I really can't figure out where this problem is coming from. Do you have any ideas ? 🫠
(Apologies in advance for my English, it's not my native language)
