Deglaze suggestions?
I'm currently making pork tenderloin, which I marinade in soy sauce, teriyaki, crushed garlic, and raw honey. I then sear each side before roasting and reduce the marinade into a sauce. I was looking for a suggestion on which wine or alcohol might be best for deglazing and adding to the sauce
