I have an 8kW solis inverter paired with nerada battery.

Battery: Nerada 48NPFC100

Inverter: S6-EH1P8K-L-PRO

The issue is that the battery doesn’t connect/show up on solis app. Even when it does connect the battery fails to show current charge/discharge. Have tried to use the Ethernet cable, That dont work too

Secondly, for heavy load when around evening time the solar production is low and AC is on, the AC instead of taking excess energy from wapda starts taking it from the battery. Due to this issue I have to go manually turn off the battery.

I have contacted several technicians and up till now, no one has been able to fix it.

If some know any good solar technician in Lahore kindly share their info with me to help a brother out.
