AI training links

So it’s be exactly 2 years since I started a bit of AI training. Here is what I found.

So I first signed up to outlier.ai after my linked in told me I could earn big. I signed up. Spent 5 hours doing assessments and onboard to be faced with a screen saying no opportunities. So I gave up.

Then a month or so later. I received an email saying I’m on a project paying $50 a hour. Fantastic! 3 hours of onboarding. I failed the assessment. I was out. So I gave up again.

Then the same thing happened but I passed the onboarding. $50 an hour to upload a picture and ask a question about it. Then point out all the errors the AI made. Few $1000 down the road and I get a 1 ⭐️ review and I’m out.

The whole this is very frustrating. I’ve been on about 30 projects now paying between $15 and $325 an hour. And I’m $16k up. But it’s not plain sailing and it’s not in the slightest dependable.

Give it a go. I work for 4 companies now. All different. All fun. But all frustrating. DO NOT quit your job because one week you make $2k. People have done it. The next week they are off boarded.

Here are my referral links. I make a little if you sign up through them. There isn’t any benefit to you I don’t think.

Outlier.ai. Salary depends on location and your skills. I’ve see $4 as lowest and $350 as highest.

Mercor is the most professional in my opinion. But expect to apply for loads of potential position and hear nothing. Then suddenly you are on a project and they want you 30 hours a week. They pay between $10 and $400 depending on skills. Expect maybe $40.

Alternatives to outlier.

I’ve recently started work with Mercor. They seem really good. If you have some domain expertise try this referral. At least $80 an hour.

You get paid for onboarding!
