I got the last of the legal documents today In order to close the purchase of my new build which is great.
Only thing is, the Home Bond came without the Letter of Indemnity.
Does this often happen and how long later does the OoI usually arrive?
Has anyone bought in Mercer Vale in Cherrywood?
And if so have you received word on getting keys etc?
I had my last snag almost two weeks ago and sent the closure request and still awaiting the final documents from the other side in order to close the purchase and it’s incredibly frustrating.
How long should it take to get the final documents from a developers solicitor after the final snag and submitting the closure request via solicitor ?
